I want you to know, first of all, that you are super smart and deserve a challenging job. First, before you start thinking of "is this the right place for me" you should think "what could I do to make this place better" - then offer the idea to your boss.
'I think if I can do this, we can grow our business. Not only would it be a fun thing for me to do, I am sure I can handle this project.' Can you think of anything like that?
