I just looked it up and saw all the photos. God the interior is gorgeous!!! They had a great decorator. I think you should keep it as-is inside but maybe spruce up the bedroom and get the fireplace working (if that is at all possible). Wonderful backyard too. Are you planning to repaint the outside if you end up with it?
